How does HomeAppliancesBD.com Delivery work?
We deliver across the Dhaka City by Pathao, RedX or PaperFly Courier and nationwide by Sundarban Courier or SA poribohon or with SteadFast courier service!
Deliveries work differently depending on where you want the item to be delivered and we help to get the faster delivery.
Dhaka City
We deliver across the Dhaka City by Pathao most of the time and for Few cased we do use SteadFast Courier and in general delivery done within 24-72 hours. If your order is over BDT 20,000 in value and less than 5 kg in weight, your delivery will be free of cost. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
HomeAppliancesBD.com Office Pickup
If you order any product and want to pick up from our office, then you can do that but we request you to call our Hotline- 01720 222169 to confirm the stock. Once we confirm you can pick up your order from HomeAppliancesBD.com offices between 10 AM to 6 PM, Working Days.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered. Here is some timing for your kind reference-
Inside Dhaka
In general, we do deliver the next day after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 5 working days or more in that case we will update by email or over phone call.
Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver all major cities across the country via Different Courier Services, an estimated delivery date is provided when your checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 4 to 10 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted time to time to give the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.
Note Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed the order and get confirmed before 4 PM]. If an order is placed after 4 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes, we charge for the shipping charge but It depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order amount more than BDT 20,000 it will be FREE of charge.

Inside Dhaka Metro City: BDT. 100
Outside Dhaka City: BDT. 500
Can I pick up my items?
Yes, you can but you will need to place order online and confirm with us the stock availability before visiting our office.
Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on 01720 222169 to confirm the schedule of the Office Pickup.
How do I track my order?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse and generally, we do it on the same day if you placed an order before 4 PM. Where required, your email or SMS may include a tracking ID number.
Alternatively, you can jump into your account to track your order status online.
